We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery for all items subject to the following conditions:

  1. Goods must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact, unworn, free of stains and any odour, undamaged before money can be refunded otherwise, we would not be able to give you a refund and may have to send the item back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
  2. Goods must be returned within 14 Days of delivery.
  3. Goods must be returned with a copy of your invoice attached.
  4. All goods will be inspected on return.
  5. Packing and postage costs are not refundable.
  6. Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable

Non-returnable Items

We will not accept the return of some products due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: 

Teddies, Knickers, Body Stockings, Bodysuits, Bikinis, Nipple Covers and Hosiery.

Please note: We accept corsets, robes, babydolls and clubwear returns where knickers have not been worn. Please ensure to check the fit before trying the knickers.

Returning Your Item

To request a return, simply email us at sales@lamor.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

Securely package your items with a copy of the invoice or handwritten order details and pop it into your local Post Office, please return the goods to the following address: Lamor Lingerie, PO Box 302, Chester-le-Street, DH3 9GJ.

Please return the items by registered post and obtain proof of postage we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during transit.

Once your item has been returned, please allow up to 14 working days for this to be received. Once received we shall notify you by email.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please select exchange during your return request.

Please note exchange orders are not dispatched until the original return item is received.

We reserve the right not to proceed with an exchange if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

  • If you happen to receive a damaged/faulty item and would like to return it for a refund,
  • Please contact us at sales@lamor.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the faulty item.
  • Please state the fault and a picture of the damage, we will then provide a pre-paid return label
  • We will examine the returned product and notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email as soon as possible.
  • Items damaged in the course of normal wear and tear will not be accepted for return as they are not considered to be faulty
  • We are not responsible for itemed damaged through incorrect method of washing

Non-returnable Items
